There are two main lines of production: HANDMADE LINE, where the pizza is rolled out by hand baked in a wood-burning oven
and AMERICAN LINE, where the product is mainly machine-made.
"We still bake our products as requested by the " Association of the Real Neapolitan Pizza".This means a pizza with a thin hanmade dough thick and soft edges baked in a traditional stone oven fired with olive wood.
Of course we use only Italian mozzarella and tomatoes in our pizza....so you will find out the difference!!
